How do I order and pay?
Tap Order Service on any package — WhatsApp opens with your package pre-filled. Once you confirm, we send you a secure Stripe payment link to pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). We never see or store your card details; all payment data is handled by Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure, and you receive an automatic receipt by email.
How are your services delivered?
All services are delivered digitally. Depending on the package, deliverables are supplied via email to your registered address, as downloadable files (PDF, image, video or editable source formats), or implemented directly inside your own advertising accounts with written documentation of the work completed. You will receive a delivery confirmation for every order within the stated SLA window.
Which legal entity will invoice me?
All invoices are issued by SOULDAHBI LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States. Each invoice states the service purchased, the amount paid and our full company details, and is suitable for your business accounting and VAT records. Prices are displayed in EUR for international client convenience.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
If work on your order has not yet begun, you may cancel for a full refund. If a deliverable is not provided within its stated SLA window, you are entitled to request a full refund. If a delivered service does not match its published description, contact us within 7 days and we will either revise the work or issue an appropriate refund. Do you guarantee advertising results or profits?
No. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside any agency's control, including your market, product, budget and platform conditions. What we do guarantee is the quality and completeness of every deliverable, adherence to the published turnaround SLA, and full compliance with platform policies. We sell defined creative and technical services — never promised revenue outcomes.
